Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Operations, or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• 10+ years in portfolio or program leadership, enterprise transformation, or related disciplines.
• Experience building or evolving portfolio operating models and governance forums.
• Proven ability to connect enterprise strategy to execution in a complex, matrixed org.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Digital Finance portfolio strategy and operating model.
• Design intake and prioritization for opportunities, balancing value, demand, and capacity.
• Own end-to-end portfolio view: roadmap, milestones, interdependencies, and decisions.
• Lead governance forums, decision rights, and traceability for internal controls and audits.
• Establish outcome-based portfolio performance and value realization framework.
