Regeneron seeks a Senior Director of Portfolio & Financial Management to set strategy, governance, and operating model across technology portfolios. You will drive investment prioritization, value realization, and organizational effectiveness while serving as Chief of Staff to the SVP of Commercial and G&A Digital & Technology.

You will lead enterprise portfolio management, IT financials, and TBM capabilities, influencing high-stakes investment decisions and ensuring measurable business outcomes.

Formación

• BS/BA in Information Systems, Finance or Business required.
• MS or MBA preferred for advanced leadership roles.
• Extensive experience in technology portfolio management and PMO.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise technology portfolio management across D&T, prioritizing based on value, risk, and delivery capacity.
• Own IT financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cost transparency, and chargeback models.
• Drive value realization with business cases, success metrics, and realized value tracking.
• Establish and govern portfolio standards, intake processes, and governance forums.
• Direct annual technology planning, aligning budgets with enterprise strategy.
• Build TBM capabilities and improve executive decision-making with data insights.
• Lead a high-performing team and coordinate with senior leaders, acting as Chief of Staff to the SVP.
