Job summary

Genentech, a Roche subsidiary in San Francisco, seeks a Portfolio Leader to deliver Strategy, Management and Insights to accelerate the Pharma portfolio. You will partner across Pharma and Roche enterprises to co-create deliverables and shape data-driven portfolio decisions.

You will build analytical tools, financial models, and quarterly portfolio reports, collaborating with Finance, Data Science, and Informatics to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biostatistics, Applied Mathematics, Finance, Data Science, Engineering or similar.
• Advanced degree (MS, PhD, MBA) highly preferred.
• Strong quantitative and collaborative skills across matrixed teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical portfolio strategy, management and insights to partners.
• Collaborate with Finance, Data Science and Informatics to deliver models.
• Develop tools, financial models and data-driven portfolio insights.
• Create quarterly Pharma Portfolio Reports and benchmarking analyses.
• Translate complex analyses into actionable portfolio decisions.
