Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years in portfolio or program leadership.
• Experience building portfolio operating models.
• Transformation across tech and processes.
• Strategic-to-execution leadership.
• Ability to connect strategy to value.
• Executive-level stakeholder leadership.
• Experience in matrixed, regulated environments.
• PMP/PgMP/SAFe certification valued.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Digital Finance portfolio strategy and operating model.
• Lead structured intake and prioritization for opportunities.
• Own end-to-end portfolio view: roadmap, milestones, dependencies, risks.
• Partner with leaders to balance value, demand, and capacity.
• Establish governance forums and decision logs.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and accountability across matrixed teams.
• Track performance measures and portfolio value realization.
• Provide visibility into spend and investments across contractors and tools.
