Job summary
Genentech seeks a Senior Director of Portfolio Insights & Analytics to partner with senior leadership, shaping long-range portfolio strategy and resource allocation. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or quantitative field is preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive leadership within pharma/biotech focusing on forecasting, analytics, and strategic planning.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical data ecosystems and advanced analytical frameworks (MMx, forecasting, market research synthesis).
Responsibilities
- Lead portfolio analytics workstreams to inform long-range strategy and investment prioritization across therapeutic areas.
- Translate data into actionable options, risk frames, and senior executive storytelling for decision making.
- Champion COEs across Forecasting, Analytics, and Competitive Intelligence with standardized methodologies.
