Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific or quantitative field (preferred).
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in pharma/biotech.
• Deep expertise in pharmaceutical data analytics and real-world evidence modeling.
• Ability to influence senior leadership without direct authority.

Responsabilités

• Lead portfolio analytics workstreams informing long-range strategy and investment prioritization across therapeutic areas.
• Translate complex market, competitive, and performance data into actionable options and risk frameworks for senior executives.
• Integrate local, national, and global market drivers into cohesive strategic insights.
• Oversee portfolio demand forecasting in support of supply chain planning and annual forecast processes.
• Champion COEs across Forecasting, Customer Insight, and Competitive Intelligence to ensure best-in-class methodologies.
