Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a GTM Excellence, Salty Portfolio & Brands Manager to partner with regional teams and translate market initiatives into best practices across our billion-dollar brands, including Pringles and Cheez-It.

This role drives consistency, capability-building, and commercial excellence during a period of transformation, collaborating with global teams to shape the GTM playbook and deliver growth across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in shopper marketing, customer strategy, category management, sales, or related commercial functions.
• At least one rotation or direct experience within Sales.
• Global or international business experience preferred.
• Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience required.
• Proven ability to collaborate, influence, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy category toolkits and guidelines for the salty snacks category.
• Define key Price-Pack Architecture (PPA) opportunities and pricing strategies.
• Deliver shopper-centric growth playbooks and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Accelerate omnichannel and digital commerce growth with regional teams.
• Partner with regions and sales teams to drive GTM levers and execution.
