Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business or related field is required.
• 5+ years experience in either global corporate strategy or strategy consulting at a top tier firm (CPG preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with ability to structure data and build analysis frameworks.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings to executives.
• Ability to establish credibility and drive cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with ambiguity and delivering actionable strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead current Strategy deployment and track performance vs target.
• Lead Global Ice Cream strategy refresh and mid-term planning.
• Collaborate with regions for localization of refreshed strategy.
• Drive competitive intelligence and benchmarking with regional teams.
• Lead geographic expansion and licensing considerations.
• Communicate challenges, strengths and performance to C-suite via polished presentations.
• Lead internal projects to deliver on global strategy with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with IC leaders to sharpen priorities and seed growth areas.
• Upskill organization with critical skills and mindsets.
