Mars seeks a Manager, Global Integrated Intelligence for Chocolate, Salty, or Gum Innovation in Chicago to translate trends and consumer needs into breakthrough opportunities. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• 5+ years in consumer insights, innovation insights, market research or strategy in a CPG company.
• Strong voice of the consumer anchoring briefs and trade-offs.
• Proven track record in designing qualitative, quantitative, and behavioral insights.
• Experience with agile research tools and test-and-learn cycles.
• Ability to distill data into clear narratives for decision-makers.
• Collaborative with cross-functional partners in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Experimentation: Design and lead learning plans across the innovation funnel.
• Agile Problem Framing & Sizing: Identify and size innovation opportunities anchored in consumer tension.
• Evidence-Based Decision Gates: Establish criteria to validate propositions early.
• Portfolio Learning Agenda: Connect Pod learnings to macro category choices.
