Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Portfolio Manager, GRC Risk Operations to lead the end‑to‑end health of an assigned risk portfolio. You will blend hands‑on risk assessment with people leadership, QA, and AI‑assisted delivery to improve efficiency and scalability.

You will manage risk analysts, drive intake and prioritization, and report portfolio health to executives, while ensuring adherence to governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in third‑party risk management, information security, compliance or related fields.
• 3+ years in portfolio management or operational leadership.
• 2+ years in people leadership.
• Experience conducting third‑party risk assessments and evaluating supplier evidence.
• Experience with QA of risk assessment work and providing actionable feedback.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operational delivery and health of an assigned portfolio.
• Perform third‑party risk assessments across the lifecycle; review supplier docs, identify risk, and develop remediation.
• Lead QA of analyst assessments for quality and consistency; coach team on improvements.
• Manage and develop a team of risk analysts and coordinate workload/capacity.
• Provide portfolio updates to business leaders and stakeholders; translate requirements clearly.
