Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Portfolio Manager, GRC Risk Operations to lead end-to-end risk operations for an assigned portfolio, blending hands-on assessment with leadership of risk analysts. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in third‑party risk management or related risk disciplines.
• 3+ years in portfolio management or operational leadership.
• 2+ years of people leadership or direct management experience.
• Hands‑on experience conducting third‑party risk assessments.
• Experience with risk assessment QA and clear feedback to analysts.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day operational delivery and portfolio health, including intake, workload, and SLAs.
• Perform third‑party risk assessments across standard, complex, and expedited reviews.
• Perform first‑line QA of analyst assessments for quality and consistency.
• Manage and develop a team of risk analysts and guide complex assessments.
• Lead portfolio intake support and align work to analyst capacity.
• Serve as primary operational contact for leaders, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Develop portfolio metrics, dashboards, and status reporting for leadership.
• Lead or support projects, defining scope, timelines, and ownership.
• Manage AI agents to support portfolio operations and monitor output quality.
• Drive continuous improvement in workflows, reporting, and automation.
