Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Portfolio Manager in GRC Risk Operations to lead a high-impact risk portfolio from home. The role blends hands-on risk assessments with a coaching mindset, guiding analysts, and managing AI-enabled workflows to deliver timely, compliant outcomes.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, report on portfolio health, and advance continuous improvement across processes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in third-party risk management or related risk disciplines.
• 3+ years in portfolio management or operational leadership with multiple workstreams.
• 2+ years of people leadership coaching and performance support.
• Experience with risk assessments, evidence evaluation, remediation, and exceptions.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational delivery and health of a risk portfolio.
• Perform third-party risk assessments across lifecycle and document findings.
• QA analyst work, provide feedback, and coach on quality trends.
• Lead and develop a team of risk analysts and manage intake and capacity.
• Deliver portfolio updates, dashboards, and stakeholder communications.
• Define scope, timelines, and ownership for projects and initiatives.
• Manage AI agents supporting portfolio operations with governance and review.
