Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a proactive Corporate Governance professional to support ESG, regulatory compliance, and policy delivery across the enterprise. You will coordinate with Legal, HR, and Sustainability teams to maintain policy inventories and drive program milestones.

The role requires 2–4 years in governance or compliance, strong communication skills, and experience with Asana/Jira and MS Office. Hybrid work and global collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Legal, or related subject preferred.
• At least 2–4 years of Compliance, Business or Corporate Governance experience.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills; translate complex regulatory concepts for non-legal audiences.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders across time zones.
• Experience with ESG, modern slavery, sustainability regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Legal, HR, Environmental Sustainability to update policies.
• Support retirement or consolidation of outdated policies.
• Monitor ESG laws and reporting requirements across jurisdictions.
• Maintain regulatory inventory/tracker with requirements and timelines.
• Support ESG reporting and CSRD/ISSB transition considerations.
• Coordinate Modern Slavery Act obligations.
• Manage cross-functional governance projects from intake to completion.
• Manage the corporate accessibility inbox for inquiries.
• Prepare dashboards and executive-ready materials reporting milestones and next steps.
