Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager, Corporate IT Security & Compliance to lead IT controls, SOX compliance, and audit programs across the organization. You will partner with technology, finance, legal, and Internal Audit to strengthen the control environment, manage external auditors, and drive risk-based governance and cybersecurity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Accounting.
• Experience leading IT SOX compliance, governance, risk management, and audits.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of COSO, COBIT, SOC 1, SOC 2, NIST, ISO 27001.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Corporate IT SOX compliance strategy, aligning with objectives and standards.
• Establish governance processes for the IT control lifecycle: design, testing, monitoring, remediation.
• Conduct IT risk assessments focusing on critical applications and infrastructure.
• Define risk-based compliance frameworks aligning tech initiatives with regulatory goals.
• Lead IT SOX audits, walkthroughs, testing, and documentation with Internal Audit and external auditors.
• Collaborate with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Finance, Legal, and Internal Audit to strengthen controls.
• Prepare executive-style reports and dashboards on compliance status and risk.
• Mentor teams and drive continuous improvement in governance and audit programs.
