Qualifications
10-20 years of relative project experience, including project coordination and management in the environmental market.
Strong client relationship development/management experience with proven business development success.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for client presentations and report preparation.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement relationship management plans for complex customer accounts.
Oversee CRM system implementation and improvement communications.
Build key relationships at local and national levels with strategic accounts.
Consult with customers to clarify their needs and requirements.
Represent the organization at business events and obtain market intelligence.
