Eightelevengroup is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive operational excellence within the Customer Solutions Product organization. This on-site role manages governance, portfolio data integrity, vendor and financial operations, and leads strategic initiatives beyond the scope of Product Managers.

Qualifications

• Experience with Jira Align governance and portfolio data integrity.
• Ability to lead cross-functional business and technology initiatives.
• Financial administration experience (POs, invoices, budgets).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Independently manage strategic and operational projects.

Responsabilités

• Serve as Jira Align SME for Product organization and governance.
• Audit portfolio data for Initiatives, Capabilities, Epics, Features, and Stories.
• Align work with Quarterly Releases, OKRs, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Product Managers to maintain data hygiene and planning records.
• Support planning activities with executive dashboards and portfolio metrics.
• Monitor roadmap execution and facilitate portfolio reviews.
• Train Product Managers on Jira Align processes and reporting.
• Coordinate vendor management and contract administration.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and status reporting for projects.
