Job summary

NorthMark Strategies LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead end-to-end IT projects across a diverse portfolio, from infrastructure upgrades to application rollouts. You will partner with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget.

The role requires 4–8 years of PM experience in IT, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

4–8 years of project management experience in IT/tech environments.
PMP certification or equivalent (CAPM, PMI-ACP, Prince2) or active pursuit with timeline.
Experience in Agile/Scrum; Scrum Master certification a plus.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365 suite.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and schedules for 3–4 IT initiatives.
Drive end-to-end delivery across infrastructure, cloud, applications, and cross-functional programs.
Monitor project health, surface risks, and blockers with recommended paths forward.
Own scope and change control; ensure changes are documented and approved.
Coordinate cybersecurity and AI engineering initiatives with relevant teams.
Prepare status reports and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
