Guidehouse is seeking Business Analysts to support an OCFO client in advancing its financial management modernization efforts. You will help evaluate current financial systems and processes, document how data and technology support today’s operations, and shape a forward‑looking roadmap that strengthens governance, integration, and strategic portfolio management.

Working as part of a collaborative analyst team, you will partner closely with process owners, technical stakeholders, and OCFO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, Program Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, financial management, financial governance, systems, or IT portfolio management, preferably in a federal environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to assess OCFO capabilities and data interfaces.
• Document data flows, interfaces, and pain points related to systems and reporting.
• Develop the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) baseline for each application.
• Contribute to the Current State Assessment and identify gaps and modernization opportunities.
• Assist with AoA analyses and support the SPM Implementation Roadmap.
