Guidehouse is seeking an analyst-level Federal Financial Management Consultant to support federal clients in improving budget and financial management operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 1+ years in finance or data analytics.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD NACI; active clearance preferred.
• Experience with federal financial management processes including budget lifecycle activities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project team and federal health clients to design and enhance budget and financial management processes across the full budget lifecycle.
• Support complex financial transformation efforts using best practices in process improvement, change management, and stakeholder engagement.
• Plan and support meetings with executive-level clients to gather requirements and drive alignment.
• Apply analytical skills to collect qualitative and quantitative data and generate actionable insights.
• Develop deliverables such as analyses, reports, SOPs, tools, templates, and dashboards.
• Communicate findings clearly to clients and leadership; deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment.
