Zusammenfassung

Clickstop is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to bridge strategic vision and team execution. You will embed within teams to maintain clarity on priorities, constraints, and progress, linking department leaders to the 10-year roadmap and measurable outcomes.

In this role, you’ll drive governance, planning, and change adoption, ensuring transparent tracking across the portfolio while coaching leaders on planning frameworks and scalable templates for organization-wide capability growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in project and/or stakeholder management.
• Formal credentials are not required; CAPM or PMP will be positioned to complete the CAPM within their first year.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate execution inside teams without owning the subject matter or the tasks, building context on team constraints to remove friction.
• Drive alignment across multi-departmental initiatives, managing dependencies and resource constraints early and convening stakeholders to resolve them.
• Own change management for strategic initiatives, preparing employees for new processes and sustaining adoption after launch.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps with clear boundaries, milestones, and ownership.
• Lead quarterly planning and reprioritization cycles with leadership to match shifting business needs.
