Job summary

Clickstop Inc. is seeking a Strategic Program Manager to bridge strategic vision and team execution. You will embed within teams to ensure priorities are scoped, sequenced, resourced, and tracked toward measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with leadership to translate priorities into actionable roadmaps, lead quarterly planning, and drive cross-functional alignment while maintaining a high bar for execution and results.

Qualifications

• Experience in project or stakeholder management is valued.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate execution within teams without owning the subject matter, removing friction and enabling progress.
• Drive cross-department alignment, manage dependencies and resource constraints.
• Assess project context to distinguish process fixes from project solutions.
• Lead quarterly planning and reprioritization with leadership to align resources.
• Establish transparent tracking, cadence, and visibility across initiatives.
• Coach leaders on planning frameworks and scalable templates.
