Job summary

Ryan Specialty is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects aligned with strategic goals. You will ensure milestones are met within scope, time, and budget, manage documentation, risks, and stakeholder communications, and drive scalable process improvements across the PMO.

You'll work with cross-functional teams and leadership to define scope, refine deliverables, and lead change management initiatives while aligning with enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Insurance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management roles with experience managing E&S insurance projects or initiatives preferred.
• Experience in Excess & Surplus or other Property & Casualty insurance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides expertise on program and project management disciplines.
• Meets with PMO leadership and key stakeholders to define vision, scope and objectives and establish budget and ROI.
• Uses PMO standards and PMP best practices to plan and govern projects.
• Develops business cases and charters to meet PMO standards.
• Identifies and manages resources and stakeholders and maintains trust.
• Ensures contracts meet requirements and are executed; monitors compliance activities and risks.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Insurance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related discipline

Master's degree may be preferred
