Job summary

DataSpring is a remote, full-time employer looking for a Business PMO Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within the enterprise PMO. The role reports to the Director of Portfolio Management and requires strategic focus, clarity, and the ability to manage ambiguity across stakeholders.

You will drive project execution, maintain plans, escalate risks, and provide executives with transparent status updates. PMP certification and healthcare PMO experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a healthcare business PMO environment.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional, strategic projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical projects, including platform enhancements and deployments.
• Experience using AI for project management responsibilities (e.g., project plans, meeting minutes/actions).
• Hands-on experience with Wrike, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Asana.
• Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for new product launches and large, complex projects from initiation through delivery.
• Manage cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, ownership, dependencies, and status.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
• Facilitate project meetings, decision-making, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare and deliver project status reports for senior leadership.
• Identify, track, and escape risks, issues, blockers, and dependencies.
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to define objectives and success measures.
• Facilitate work breakdown structure discussions and strategic planning to prevent gaps.
• Manage project information in Wrike to ensure accurate visibility and reporting.
• Drive accountability across project teams and ensure timely completion of commitments.
• Support continuous improvement of ePMO processes, tools, governance, and reporting standards.
