Job summary

CareSource is seeking a Project Manager III to oversee medium to high complexity projects within programs and standalone initiatives. You will ensure successful delivery, manage budgets up to $3.5M, and coordinate with IT and business stakeholders across multiple vendors.

Responsibilities include refining project charters, maintaining schedules and WBS, tracking metrics, and ensuring governance compliance. A PMP certification and 5+ years PM experience are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of Project Management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medium to high complexity projects on time and budget.
• Keep project milestones approved at every stage of the lifecycle.
• Lead cross-functional teams and multiple vendors.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and WBS.
• Manage RAID and report status to stakeholders.
• Ensure governance and audit compliance.
