Qualifications

• 7+ years of Project Management experience.
• Strong healthcare industry experience (payer/health plan experience required).
• Experience leading both business and technology initiatives.
• Proven success managing enterprise-scale projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working within PMO governance frameworks.
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
