Job summary

TMS LLC in Coppell, TX is seeking a PMO Program Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives that drive enterprise transformation, strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business growth through successful delivery of complex programs.

This role partners closely with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment and accountability across delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 7+ years of project, program, or transformation leadership experience.
• Mortgage origination and/or servicing experience strongly preferred.
• Experience leading enterprise initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business functions.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex programs across Origination, Servicing, Operations, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Commercial.
• Partner with business leaders to define scope, success metrics, operating models, and roadmaps.
• Develop and manage program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure alignment across business and technology teams.
• Facilitate executive meetings, governance forums, and decision-making sessions.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, status updates, business cases, and recommendations.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts and drive resolution strategies.
• Support product launches, business readiness, operational readiness, and change management activities.
• Drive accountability across stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business outcomes.
