Job summary

Global Partners LP seeks an Enterprise Program Manager to drive transformation initiatives with discipline and executive visibility. You will partner with senior leaders to coordinate governance, dashboards, and decision forums, balancing risks, dependencies and outcomes across multiple workstreams.

The ideal candidate is senior, autonomous, with 8–12 years in enterprise programs or PMOs, PMP; change management certification preferred; exceptional communication and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years supporting enterprise programs, transformation offices, or PMOs.
• PMP certification required or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and discretion with executive audiences.
• Experience in matrixed organizations and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance across multiple workstreams and business functions.
• Develop and maintain integrated plans, dashboards and executive reporting.
• Prepare and facilitate executive forums and decision materials.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and drive issue resolution.
• Lead or support transformation programs with best practices.
