Tampa Electric Company is seeking a Lead Technology Project Manager to oversee complex programs that span departments. You will align initiatives with business goals and drive delivery excellence, mentoring PMO talent along the way.

You will collaborate with executive sponsors and cross-functional teams to deliver on strategic initiatives while advancing PMO maturity and best practices within Technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT or related field.
• PMP Certification required; CAPM/Agile preferred.
• 8+ years in project/program management, enterprise scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs and projects.
• Define and manage project scope with sponsors and stakeholders.
• Oversee portfolio governance, budgets, timelines, and resources.
