Job summary

United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (UNJSPF) seeks a Programme Management Consultant to oversee a portfolio of projects and ensure alignment with strategic priorities. The role focuses on PMO governance, risk management, and the adoption of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).

You will mentor project managers, coordinate with senior leadership, and drive end-to-end portfolio reporting, governance, and benefits tracking within a multicultural, international organization.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or equivalent with focus on PMO/portfolio management.
• Professional certification in project management (PRINCE2, PMP) or equivalent.
• Experience applying SPM in PMO/enterprise portfolio environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of projects to align with organizational goals and monitor performance, risks and corrective actions.
• Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure PMO governance standards, frameworks, and best practices are followed, including reviews, quality monitoring and risk management.
• Support the design, implementation and adoption of ServiceNow SPM, including dashboards, workflows and data quality.
• Support SPM activities including data readiness, testing, adoption and benefits-tracking capabilities.
• Improve PMO tools and processes to strengthen project tracking and reporting.
