Role Summary
The Technology & Operations (T&O) Enterprise PMO is standing up a centralized organization to govern portfolio operations across all T&O pillars. Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) is the system of record that provides a unified operating picture of all work in flight so executive leadership, including the Chief Technology Officer, can see progress versus plan.
The Enterprise PMO Operations Manager serves as the operational owner of Business-As-Usual (BAU) execution within SPM, acting as the leader of roadmap management, governance operations, and the enterprise support queue. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, adoption, and operational success of SPM during a period of high transformation and corporate separation activity.
This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing SPM administrative and operations role supporting Program Managers, Directors, and Senior Directors.

High emotional intelligence with the ability to operate confidently with senior leadership
