Responsibilities

• Oversee the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and managing stakeholder communications.
• Assess project performance, identify and mitigate risks, ensure adherence to PMO governance standards.
• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the PMO's SPM platform, including workflows, dashboards and reporting.
• Mentor project managers and foster cross-functional collaboration for effective delivery.
• Align the portfolio with strategic goals, support demand and resource management, and maintain comprehensive documentation and performance reports.
