Job summary

Prolific is seeking Operations and PMO leaders to join its Expert Network as subject matter experts. You’ll bring director-level experience in operations and PMO governance, across industries, to help researchers with real-world planning and portfolio insights.

If successful, you’ll be invited to participate and paid to share your expertise. The role involves answering research questions, reviewing scenarios, and providing feedback on tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Director-level or above experience in operations or PMO across multiple sectors.
• Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management.
• Hands-on use of planning/PPM tools such as MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Answer research questions on prioritisation, resource allocation, governance, and planning.
• Review PMO scenarios, capacity reviews, milestone escalations, and budget forecasting workflows.
• Participate in structured surveys or interviews to inform research on planning practices.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes for planning and portfolio management.
• Contribute to framework input on how Ops and PMO use governance frameworks.
