Formación

• Director-level or above Operations/PMO experience across multiple sectors.
• Deep background in project governance, resource planning, portfolio management, capacity planning, or operational strategy.
• Experience with planning/PPM tools such as MS Project, Planview, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate complex planning into insights.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail."

Responsabilidades

• Answer research questions with expert perspective on governance, planning, and PMO processes.
• Review scenarios and assess capacity, milestones, and budgeting workflows.
• Participate in surveys and interviews to inform research.
• Provide feedback on tools, workflows, and processes for planning and portfolio management.
• Contribute to framework input for research teams.
