Job summary

Pininfarina of America is seeking a PMO Manager to oversee organizational project management activities, optimize efficiency, increase visibility, and standardize execution for project success across the organization.

The PMO aligns the project portfolio with business strategy and objectives while establishing standardized processes, methodologies, and tools. Fluency in English is required, with Italian/Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in project management/PMO roles, preferably corporate.

Responsibilities

• Develops project management frameworks, methodologies, and processes.
• Maintains project documentation, archives, and databases.
• Monitors risks and performance using dashboards and metrics.
• Generates project status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Financial Analysts on project/program financial reporting and forecasts.
• Ensures adherence to scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
• Analyzes portfolio and resource capacity planning.
• Drives continuous improvements in delivery.
• Leads adoption of new methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Promotes organization-wide PM standards and best practices.
• Liaises with the commercial team for proposals.
• Acts as liaison with customers and vendors.
• Coordinates invoicing and payments with admin/finance.
• Performs other related duties.
