Job summary

Pininfarina of America Corp. in Miami, FL is seeking a PMO Manager to oversee organizational project management activities, align the portfolio with business strategy, and standardize execution across the company.

The PMO Manager will supervise project managers, coordinate resource capacity planning, and work with finance on invoicing, payments, and reporting while driving continuous improvements and adopting new PM methodologies in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–7 years in project management or PMO roles.
• Experience with change management and adopting PM methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
• Proficiency in Smartsheet and resource management tools.
• Excel and Power BI for data visualization.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience with financial reporting and capacity planning.
• Fluent in English; Italian, Spanish, or Portuguese a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develops project management frameworks, methodologies, and processes.
• Supervises creation and maintenance of project documentation, archives, and databases.
• Monitors project risks and performance using dashboards and metrics.
• Generates project status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Financial Analysts on forecasts, budgets, and costs.
• Ensures adherence to scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
• Analyzes the project portfolio and resource capacity planning.
• Drives continuous improvements in project, program, and portfolio delivery.
• Leads adoption of new methodologies, tools, and processes, facilitating change management.
• Promotes organization-wide adoption of project management standards and best practices.
• Supports commercial proposals and liaises with customers/vendors.
• Works with administration and finance on invoicing and payments.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
