Job summary

Pininfarina of America is seeking a Project & Data Analyst – PMO to oversee organizational project management activities, align the portfolio with business strategy, and standardize processes to improve efficiency.

The role involves managing project documentation, dashboards, financial reporting with analysts, and coordinating with finance and administration on invoicing and cost control across multiple projects. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Master’s degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management/PMO or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Develops project management frameworks, methodologies, and processes.
• Supervises the creation and maintenance of project documentation, archives, and databases.
• Monitors project risks and performance using dashboards and metrics.
• Generates project status reports for leadership and stakeholders.
• Supports financial reporting for projects/programs and assists with forecasts, budgets, and improvements.
• Ensures adherence to scope, schedule, and cost baselines.
• Analyzes the portfolio and resource capacity planning.
• Drives continuous improvements in delivery and adoption of new methodologies and tools.
• Liaises with commercial teams for proposals and with vendors as needed.
