Job summary

Access Labs is seeking a PMO Center of Excellence Manager to build and lead the project-management framework enterprise-wide. You will establish standards, governance, and operating practices to turn strategic priorities into measurable results.

You will partner with leaders across Operations, Laboratory, Commercial, Client Success, Technology, and Finance to drive visibility and improve project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, PMO, operations, or related discipline.
• Proven success managing cross-functional projects and improving PMO processes.
• Strong understanding of project-management best practices, portfolios, timelines, budgets, risks.
• Ability to work effectively with executive and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• PMO Strategy & Governance: build and improve PMO Center of Excellence with governance, templates, and processes.
• Portfolio Management: maintain centralized portfolio and provide leadership with status and priorities.
• Project & Program Management: direct high-priority initiatives, develop plans, timelines, and resources.
• Executive Reporting & Analytics: create concise executive dashboards and portfolio updates.
