Responsibilities

Define project goals, deliverables, and financial management aligned with business objectives.
Develop comprehensive project plans including resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.
Proactively identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalations.
Build relationships with key stakeholders and communicate project status clearly.
Allocate resources across multiple projects and mentor junior project managers.
Conduct performance reviews and foster learning and continuous improvement.
Implement process improvements and develop PMO templates, tools, and best practices.
