Job summary

Access Labs is seeking an experienced PMO Center of Excellence Manager to build and lead our project-management framework. You will establish standards, governance, tools, and operating practices to translate strategic priorities into measurable results across the enterprise.

You will provide enterprise-wide portfolio visibility and partner with leaders across Operations, Laboratory, Commercial, Client Success, Technology, and Finance to drive disciplined project delivery, risk management, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, PM, Engineering, IT, or related field.
7+ years in project, program, PMO, operations, or business transformation.
Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects.
Strong understanding of portfolio management, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
Ability to work with executive and senior leadership.
Strong analytical, written/verbal, and facilitation skills; financial acumen.

Responsibilities

Build and continuously improve the PMO Center of Excellence with standardized methods.
Develop project intake, evaluation, prioritization, approval, and closure processes.
Define roles, objectives, scope, milestones, owners, resources, and success measures.
Maintain a centralized portfolio of strategic initiatives.
Provide leadership with consolidated status, priorities, risks, resources.
Facilitate portfolio prioritization based on strategic alignment and value.
