King & Spalding is seeking a Program Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives across intake, planning, execution, and steady-state ownership. You will partner with sponsors, functional leaders, and senior executives to translate initiatives into executable plans while managing risk and change.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 5+ years of PM experience delivering cross-functional initiatives in a structured governance environment.
• Experience managing both business-led and technology-enabled projects.

Mansioni

• Lead initiatives from intake through closure, aligned with firm priorities and governance.
• Define goals, success metrics, scope, assumptions, and high-level risks with sponsors.
• Lead cross-functional teams delivering diverse initiatives (process change, software, upgrades, vendor engagement, transformation).
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, risks, budget, and changes.
• Ensure disciplined execution across all phases from kickoff to transition to operations.
