Job summary

Baker Donelson is seeking a Legal IT Project Coordinator to coordinate department and enterprise-level technology projects, provide updates to management, and contribute to PMO practices. The role supports the IT PMO’s strategic goals and may have the official title IT Project Coordinator upon hire.

The candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, experience with multiple PM methodologies, and be willing to apply AI concepts to project management. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree or demonstrable experience.
• Experience with multiple project management methodologies.
• Possesses PM certifications or willingness to obtain them.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate department and enterprise-level technology projects, providing status updates to management.
• Create and maintain project artifacts to monitor progress and status.
• Generate reports for project stakeholders and management.
• Support PMO activities to improve operations, procedures, and execution.
• Educate Firm parties on project management concepts, methods, and technologies.
