Job summary

King & Spalding LLP seeks an IT Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, from intake to execution and steady-state ownership. You will lead cross-functional teams responsible for business process changes, software deployments, or organizational transformations, partnering with sponsors and leadership to translate initiatives into executable plans.

The role requires 5+ years of PM experience in a governance-driven environment, strong communication skills, and a proven

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or equivalent business experience.
PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience delivering cross-functional initiatives in a governance environment.
Experience with both business-led and technology-enabled projects.

Responsibilities

Lead initiatives from intake through closure ensuring alignment with priorities and governance.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, risks, budget, and change impacts.
Prepare concise updates for executive readouts, steering committees, and portfolio reviews.
