JLL is seeking a Global PMO Lead to manage the NCR Atleos PDS PMO, aligning global standards with regional delivery across Americas, EMEA and APAC. You’ll own project controls, governance and capital planning, while coordinating with CoE, GRE and regional PMOs from JLL’s GHQ in Atlanta.

The role emphasizes data integrity, KPI-driven performance, and collaboration with Finance and Sourcing to optimize the capital plan and project delivery.

Formación

• Experienced PMO/Program or Project Manager with a finance aptitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
• 10+ years in corporate real estate.
• Experience running a PMO with governance and risk for multi-region portfolio.
• Ability to apply center standards and KPI frameworks across regions.
• Advanced Excel and project/PM software expertise (Ingenious.Build, MS Project).
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the strategic direction, performance and operations of the NCR Atleos PDS PMO.
• Establish project controls, governance, risk management and performance monitoring.
• Maintain Field Manuals, templates and processes; train in-country PMs.
• Coordinate with CoE, GRE team and regional PMs to ensure data integrity.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, expense forecasting, and capital planning support.
• Oversee PO trackers, invoicing and accruals; ensure alignment with governance.
• Monitor KPIs and program reporting; ensure data accuracy across regions.
• Lead the Global PMO Coordinator and any PMO resources.
