Based in our San Francisco HQ with relocation assistance, you will partner across disciplines to turn AI capabilities into intuitive user journeys and measurable impact.

You will move quickly, test ideas, and contribute reusable patterns that scale across OpenAI products.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for growth experiences across ChatGPT.

• Set a high bar for interaction design and visual craft.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, research, and go-to-market teams.
• Use data, experiments, and user insights to evaluate outcomes.
• Translate AI capabilities into approachable user experiences.
