Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Offer Management team to guide cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery, aligning with strategic goals, ROI, and business impact.

You will mentor junior PMs, design data dashboards using Google Sheets and AI tooling, and report to senior leadership, navigating stakeholder relationships to enable successful outcomes across global projects.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar preferred.
• Certified PMP preferred; Agile/Scrum certification an advantage.
• Experience with PMO methodologies and governance.
• Strong data analytics and AI tooling experience to build dashboards.

Responsabilités

• Manage complex cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery.
• Mentor junior PMs and elevate team execution.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and KPIs for leadership.
• Present project statuses, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to secure buy-in and drive delivery.
