Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Offer Management team to drive cross-functional initiatives, align with business goals, and mentor junior PMs. You will design dashboards and KPIs using Google Sheets and AI tools, present to senior leaders, and navigate complex stakeholder relationships to deliver strategic outcomes.

This role requires 7+ years PM experience, a PMP and Agile/Scrum certification, and a passion for data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar.
• Demonstrated competency with a project management tool (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet).
• Deep understanding of how project deliverables impact the broader business operations, P&L, and strategic objectives.
• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets (complex formulas, nested functions, data modelling) combined with a demonstrated ability to use AI tools to augment and accelerate technical workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery aligning with ROI.
• Mentor junior PMs and uphold project management standards.
• Design dashboards and KPIs using Google Sheets and AI tooling.
• Present statuses and risks to senior leadership.
• Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery.
