Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager for the Offer Management team. You will drive cross-functional initiatives, mentor junior PM talent, and build robust dashboards using advanced analytics and AI tooling to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage risks, and communicate status with clarity across global stakeholders. A PMP or equivalent certification plus 7+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar.
• 7+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• Demonstrated competency with a project management tool (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet).
• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets with complex formulas and data modelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery, aligning with business goals and ROI.
• Champion PMO methodologies; refine processes, governance, and templates.
• Mentor junior PMs and review processes to ensure high standards.
