Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar.
• 7+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• Demonstrated competency with a project management tool (MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet).
• Advanced Google Sheets skills and ability to use AI tools to optimize workflows.
• Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery, aligning with ROI.
• Champion PMO methodologies and improve processes and templates.
• Mentor junior PMs and review team processes for high standards.
• Design and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
