Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within Offer Management. You will drive strategy-to-delivery, mentor junior PMs, and build data dashboards using advanced analytics and AI tools for executive leadership.

You will work closely with senior leaders, manage risks, and ensure alignment with ROI. Ideal candidates have 7+ years PM experience, a CS/Engineering degree, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar preferred.
• Certified PMP preferred; Agile/Scrum Certification an advantage.
• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets with AI tools to augment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery with ROI alignment.
• Mentor junior PMs and develop the team's execution capabilities.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and KPIs for leadership with actionable insights.
• Present project statuses and risk profiles to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
