Job summary

Motorola Solutions seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the Offer Management team, driving strategy from inception to delivery. You will mentor junior PMs, build robust dashboards using data analytics, and leverage AI tooling to optimize reporting workflows.

You will work closely with senior leaders to translate project data into strategic narratives, manage risks, and ensure alignment with ROI across global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive project/program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or similar is preferred.
• Demonstrated competency with a project management tool (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet).
• Advanced expertise in Google Sheets and ability to use AI tools to augment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery, aligning with ROI.
• Champion PMO methodologies, refine processes and governance to increase velocity.
• Mentor junior PMs and conduct process reviews to uphold PM standards.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and metrics for leadership insights.
• Present project statuses and risks to senior leadership and advise on strategic decisions.
